1. Agreement
By accessing rdvtechsys.com or engaging RDV Tech Systems for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
We provide remote technology services as described on our website and in individual project proposals. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are defined in a written quote or proposal agreed by both parties.
3. Quotes & pricing
Prices are quoted in USD. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins after the agreed deposit or payment is received.
4. Payments
Payments are processed via PayPal. Deposits secure your project slot and are credited toward your total. Milestone or final payments are due as specified in your proposal.
5. Refunds
The project deposit is refundable if we are unable to take on your project. Once work has begun, refunds are handled on a pro-rata basis for work not yet performed, at our reasonable discretion.
6. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content and access needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
7. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components and our pre-existing tools, which remain licensed to you for use within the delivered product.
8. Warranties & liability
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private.
